At Ultra Beauty Hair, customer satisfaction is important to us. As hair extensions are hygiene products, we offer fair return and exchange services under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong items shipped
- Manufacturing defects
- Confirmed quality issues
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and uncut
- In original packaging with seals intact
- Free from installation, styling, coloring, or any alteration
Please note that returns are not accepted once the product has been used or altered in any way.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom orders
- Samples
- Promotional or clearance products
- Used hair products
Claim Time Limit
- Shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.
- Quality-related issues must be reported within 30 days after receipt.
Claims submitted outside these timeframes will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact our customer service team via email service@ultrabeautyhair.com and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
All requests will be reviewed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Responsibility
- We will cover shipping costs if the issue was caused by our mistake.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for personal reasons or non-quality-related returns.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in color, texture, or curl pattern are normal due to the handmade nature of human hair products.
- Damage caused by improper care, misuse, chemical processing, or unauthorized alterations is not covered under our after-sales policy.
